Alright, for this signature, I suggest you fix the render because the render does not flow with the BG. The render is blue and the BG is brownish red, they don't work together. You should fix this first. Lighting is a bit off, but, don't worry about that yet, just work on the render imho.

BG needs lighting too.. And don't brush too much.. Try creating more flow with your brushing.. And what chucks said about the colours.. Keep working :)
