Wow thats great man, i tried to do that today.. didn't do so good.. I lobe the colors, can't really find anything i don't like about it. Great Job, keep it up ;)
that big star looks kinda cheesy and the plants need some more depth b/c there is not solid light source i guess
Two much distracting stuff.. Try a main focal point and lighting is off ..

I think text needs more work and I think planet needs a more "realistic feel". It looks as if it doesn't belong to the whole piece.

Yeah, try and work on the realism of it all a bit more, then work on adding a focal point. :)
