Pic to Comic

I've been experimenting lately, trying to work out the best way to turn a picture into a comic style drawing. Here are some examples.

Don't really like it.. It's the cutout filter and maybe some line-drawing?

That's one step, yes.

Personally, I like it especially the Sean Connery one...the others less so...probably cause they're too busy...IDK... :unsure:
