Yeah. It's nice, text needs work. But try something that hasnt been sigged over a million times.
Well... I haven't seen that render elseware before, so I though it would be a good idea to use it O.o
And that "DRINK MORE" thingy... wtf was that all about, creepy >.>
Two complaints.
1: Border doesn't appeal to me.
2: The primary text is well done IMO, but the subtext is hard to read. Remove or make less complicated.
Overall, I really like it. 8/10-And I think I'm really critical.

It's pretty good, work on your text, and never ever use that render again.
Well I like what you did with the render and the Bg.. I just cant say I like the render.... The thing that doesnt really fit at all is the text... That could be done a lot better.
