im not liking the border it isnt looking right with the rest of the sig

I kinda like the border, i think it looks good with the sig

i used 2 animatrix stocks

i was thinking and i think that with the border you should lower the opacity of the yellow or maybe put it to overlay

Don't put it to overlay imo, leave it the way it is. It stands out more and just overall more pleasing to the eye to me.
I like the feeling + colors. Nice job.
