the bg is alright and i really dont like the brail i think you can do better.

eh...could be better...like a death sentence in brail..like "death is coming for you" written in brail...to actually make it scary..(sotw 9 is scary grunge) but still its cool..the red stands out to much though..

cool i like it, the brail is kinda out of place in red tho, nice solid bg you got there tho.

id make the brail have less opacity...its kinda...bold :P

What are those red dots?

i think thats the brail. personaly not how I would have done brail, i would have done it as a bump map style raised dots in a narrow band across the sig, but thats just me.
