Nice sig but delete the outer glow that your put on (so it seems) and do an other text that fits the background :)

Work on your text and blending in...
I agree with Shadow, remove that outerglow, it'd look better.
Don't really like that black box thing at the right hand side (top) and on the bottom left corner. Looks weird.
