well i like the bg, the text is bad the render looks like it has just been slapped on the sig and the border has no relevance to the rest of the sig so it doesnt fit in
I don't really like the Bevel and Emboss effect on the border, it looks weird IMO.
You should also work on your blending and the text. I suggest you read some tutorials to help improve your work. Nice try though.
PS: It would be wise if you remove that advertisement off your signature area.
