Funky border

This one is Old Skool, i know but i don't think it's bad. What do you guys think?

i don't like the border at all i would take it off. Sorry man just looks really tacky, post if with that off.

text and backgrounnd are a bit too plain. Bleding is ok, border is not bad.

The border is well done, but i feel u have made the pic for the border not the the way around. I also think the centre pick needs some work, it's just a bit to copy n paste and your colours need work aswell.
Soz dun mean to chop everything you done.

old school doesnt mean nice but what u could do is try make another border change the colour 2 match the background (this is border im tlaking baout) and make it more detailed add more bits hanging off so its looks like an old school border
