Yeah I like v2 better but the first one seems more finished and complete. So try making the second one seem that way aswell. Add something more too it, because like I said at the moment it just seems like you got half way down with it and said, "okay thats good enough". Be it a better typo or a border/effect whatever.

Though its great work. =)
