Honestly I really hate this sig man. You know I like your work but you swung and missed on this one. =/ Not really sure how you could fix it though.
i think it's a bit dull slightly monotone, v2 looks better

Text version is better but i dont like the font yo used.

I don't think the overlay textures/brushing work..
and there's no obvious focal point.. just start over :)
I think it needs more contrast. And brightness.
