i like it but what did u do to it? not meaning to seem as if i trying to bring it down but it looks a lot like just a picture blurred then overlay or similiar. If uv done more fair does. also u see that big pole thing on the right hand side, it seems a bit random and to me brings the sig down. I think it takes away from the focal point in the sig.
the second one is definitely better. but makes the text bolder, and don't lower it's opacity.. at least not by that much. text is usually the focus point in sigs, it needs to be stronger and eye catching.

Yeah. the I added the city horizon at the bottom. Its got Gaussain, radail and motion blurs. Slight red tint :P
Its not a over the top sig. So thats why there not much there :P
