Stock quality is bad, stock isn't blended, bg needs depth, bg needs contrast, border doesn't look good, text is whored, pattern overlay makes everything look poor quality.

your other ones are better this one looks errrrrrrrrrrrr like you blurred it

its not pattern, its a texture on a hard grunge brush. the render is about 10 layers on overlay

its ok, just give it more depth/feel and change the whored text

Way too much going on in the background. Needs some lighting and more contrast.
