Well good for a first but it seems as all filters and tutorial based, which isn't bad for you just starting. Needs some type of border, and text is little funky. :P]

meh, try brushes. the border s work, the text needs work, the background needs work, keep tryin man.
not a bad background, nice try for you first go. Actualy the bg is quite nice. The scan lines are a touch rough, and the text doesn't seem to gel too well, but overall i rekon a nice go for your first time.
