man i notice that too it looks way better on photoshop it changed when i put on here

im not really likin how saturated it looks, and the black bar on the left looks out of place.

i put the black bar there cause the other side is so bright so on the other side i put scanlines

The black bit on the left is okay, definately better than your last work.
But I agree with Hippy about it being too grainy, and I think it's a bit too oversharpened.
Text is okay, I think it might look better with the opacity of the text back up higher though..
Rid the scanlines, I think they kill the signature and the border don't work. Just a basic 1px black border around the outside is cool. I'm not sure, but you can try desaturating the signature just a bit, because the orange is a bit intense atm. But you've improved lots, I think this is even better than your 2nd signature in your signature area. This one deserves a current imo. Lol.. =D

ty chucks i see what your saying especially about the text my text sucks no matter what im usually not sure what to do to make it blend well but i did mess it up bad the border i was expirementing a bit but it sucks lol im not gonna current it yet but gonna do a better 1 see what you guys all say then current still learning a bit more ty everyone
