:P I would have to say 3rd one to you could make the first look rally cool with a pixel border, smaller, and bringing down the text at the top left.

the first one looks like it requires hardly no skill other then knowing how to lower opacity and copy and paste.
the second one looks alright but has really simple background.
At saying that the third one owns them for sure.
