Sorry, but text is like only thing wrong. :) cant ignore it hehehe

take off the red glow completely..use a black stroke, and go to color overlay > somethin pinkish or close to a color that blends well. Then mess with innershadow and innerglow

if anything is wrong, i'd say the text

nice mate, very well executed. i'm not sure about how the skull thingo is so polished but then you haev a realy grungy noisy un polished bg, to me that clashes in styles, but that could be just me.
