I'm not sure what to make of it; part of me likes it part of me doesn’t the colors are a tad plain and the render looks funny but I like the text and the effect.

^ i think pretty much the same as him. might look better with blue? i aint sure

I would like to see more colors in this one..
The stock looks LQ to me, and the little dots are turnoffs..

I'm going with Makaveli...the effect is what gets me into the sig. If the render is LQ the dots around him make up for it as it makes him look like he's part of the whole effect you created.

To me tho, the plain colors are what makes you notice the sig and look at it more. I start off like...wth...but I look at it more and I notice the smaller things; the background, the ots on him, the text, the little faded cloudy thing, lol....I like it.
