Not able to make a 1px border.

Some how photoshop has stopped letting make 1px borders....im doing it they wya i always do it...please help.

Perhaps you forogt Ctrl + A?

if you grab the pencil tool and do 1 pix around the pic ? doesn't that work ?

Never thought of that 0_0 Lol...is mostly use the stroke thing :D
