The bg has no focalpoint and the stock isn't blended, also the pattern on the bg is too strong, lower the opacity on it, the red in the text really doesn't fit.

Btw, mind sharing that stock please? I've been looking for it! :P

Not diggin' it. BG doesn't flow with the stock.
