u mean nice fake vector not hard 2 apply settings on an image and add text make it using pen tool and then ill follow u for years :P

made with pen tool .. just duplicated the layer motion blur 2 and overlay to make it look nicer ...

Oh you should do something with the text use a bit darker color of the background and make it a bitt bigger.
Currently the text is standing out to much.
