I tried this..spent like an hour on it...I don't like it that much..but its decent for my first try...the text is a pixel text for Haven not the pencil tool though..didn't feel like taking time to do that.....comments welcome!

you need to make te buliding 3d, its got no depth, otherwise not bad for a first go.

hmm... the corner of the road doesn't match up with the corner of the building. also the line of the edges of te buliding you canno make out against that dark blue, maybe you should try a lighter shade.
