I like the text, but i think u sharpend the smudge way too much cos now its turnt into noise, also the smudge needs to be more subtle, like more than one layer of smudgeing with different strengths and size brushes.

In addition to the previous comment, try blend a bit and the sig need some kind of flow and lighting.
