The composition of the first one is troubling. You have all of the light on the right and then it just stops and then there is the text. Very boring and lazily done.

Number two once again everything is crowded into the corners and there is little flow that connects the two. The stock is just ugly and does not look right (hentai bullshit). Also the orange streak is going away from the stock but then all of the other lines are going in different angles which throw off the feel and flow of the signature.
