It's ok, but it's really choppy around the edges. Work on it more.
Very rough....try using something other than the magic wand and lasso...try the pen tool or masking to actually cut. Sorry to be blunt but I don't believe in sugar coating the obvious. You have a bunch of visible specs away from the actual render not to mention the bright rough orange glow around the outside...if this is your first render, not bad. I suggest looking for some render tuts on the net. Practice is what makes good renders, not shortcuts like magic wand.
