The stock is blended wierdly and really doesn't seem to fit with the other things you have in there.
the backgroud is on the same eye-level and depth-level as the girl. and the background is too complex. so therefore, the girl is not the main focal point in the signature.
I'm diggin' the bg around her face. It looks like an animal coming out of the jungle. And her smile is irritating me. The left side is cool [with the lighting], but the right looks too foresty.
