Too many 2d elements in there.. Try decreasing them =)
the first one has to much in and no really focal point more like loads of different ones. for the 2nd i don't like it sorry :P

Top one's cool. Just take out the text. And focus more on the character.
Pretty cool ideas.. But I think the top one is a bit toooo colorful.. but I like the bottom one solely cause Ichigo is tight :D hehehe
