On the sigs: The first one is alright but it feels a bit too random and too simple. The 2nd one feels over-sharpened and it needs some sort of atmosphere. The third one (your current signature) is probably the best out of all of them but it seems the face has too much light upon it and it needs something else to make it better.

I suggest looking through our tutorials and finding some more ideas and help to improve your skills.
