not bad... i can tell u used a tut. um... im not a fan of that style so i cant say much...u did it well. im not a fan of those tech borders by any means.. very noob style.. (i realize ur new..dont take that as an insult)
2nd one...i like it. BUT work on the text?i think if u used a more creative font..that would be a kick ass sig.
Yeah Photoshop 7 doesnt have very good fonts...

but dafont.com is my fav. site for fonts. look in the "basic" category...found some good ones inthere.. i mean..yes arial and times u can use alot. but a few good pixel/bitmap fonts would be good. and maybe a few creative fonts as well. btw.. its not photoshop fonts u need...since when u add any fonts to your C:/windows/fonts folder the next time u open photoshop they will be there. Fonts are taken from ur windows fonts folder...your SYSTEM folder.... primarily.
Using tuts is fine by me in the beginning, but you should later on try and add a personal touch to the sigs :)
I'd say they're pretty alright for a beginner!
