What ya reckon ?

I reckon its too "glossy/shiny"

I like this quite a bit actually. The colors are really nice. The typography works pretty well with the colors. The colors are calm and the typography is relatively subtle. What you've done to the guy reminds me of the end of X-men 3 (one of my fav movies) where people are getting "dissolved."

Now, what to change... I'd get rid of that little red dot on the left side. Also, brighten up the right side a bit to reinforce the contrast between the two halves. I'd also do the effect you have there to a slightly larger extent, specifically on the left side (his arm).
