Alright i have basicly spent two hours on this sigs plenty of layers i know its kinda noobish :p but im tryin to get the hang of it! The text is bad but i cant seem to find the right font :) or the right color for the R. lol

I think it's a little too saturated, and the stock doesn't stick out very much. It's an awesome stock, too. The text really doesn't fit too well. The blue splotches look really out of place with the huge red blotches.

Try to make a smoother collorflow for your sig.
And yeah you're on the right way of getting the hang of it, it might not visible but it soon will be. Workin with many layers is the first part of it.
Colors could use some work, there's too much saturation in there too. Text doesn't fit, it should flow with the rest of the sig. The stock should be blended better, and maybe different placement...it looks funny pushed all the way over to the side like that. Overall, it's not bad, it just needs some tweaking here and there. :)
The stock doesn't match the bg, also the bg really needs some negative space..
and yeah, colors are a bit too saturated
