Delete the background and just leave the chick. She's bangin. :D

Really, though, I don't have any idea. The smudging really doesn't go with the smoothness of the stock, but that might be because it's also green right now. Maybe mess with the colors a little and see if you can get something nice, then do some waves or lines with the pen tool.

If you cant get it where you want it to be, just make a new one from scratch and fuck that stock.
