Ok, this is my first post and my first showcase here. I've been looking around for help and C&C so I know xHardCoreKillAx, so I decided to post here. This is my first time working on photo manipulation and metal. I made a flat white template and used the burn and dodge tools to create the metal. I couldn't really achieve the look I was going for (like making the metal look like it belongs) and a few other things. I'll post the original and final.
The metal itself is actually pretty decent. There's just really not any depth, and it looks like the thing is flat on the face. The red crack going down the middle at the top especially looks fake. Overall, not bad, just work on making it pop out more.
