i'm kinda new to this whole apophysis fractal stuff, but here is some of my stuff that i just did.

please CnC i need your support on this, being new to the whole thing, i'd like to know how to make things better.

Yeah clear examples of first works with apo, well they're not that bad, but do not go over the top with the deformations, keep in mind that you should leave some empty/black space and give more depth to the renders.
I suggest postworking on photoshop too, can really help.

try to steer clear of consistent patterns (such as swirls), it makes your art look unfinished. Very good for some of your first works.

Last 2 are a bit overdone, and you should realy try some gradients on first one, looks to plain if its just red. Experiment more with it.
