first sig on here.

ok so, im self taught. so give me a little break. ha.
and this is the first one i have done of this style.
im looking for some help. maybe some guidance. and i trust this is the place to get it from. so, with no further a due, here it is:

i used a render i got off of here.
added in a few brushes and a gradient.
a little smudge action.
so, i would appreciate some guidance. thanks.

Make it WAY smaller and blend the render in more.

i know its way to big.
i made it have a high resolution and then when i went to shrink it down it looked pretty crappy.
thanks for the render advice.

Try shrinking it and post it back up just to get a better idea of it.

Shrinking makes you lose quality...try working on the actual size as often as possible, to avoid blurring, pixelation and other likely side effects of resizing.
