Just something i was tinkering with...

The yoda one could use some blending. Also, the text needs work...go a little easier on the effects, try a different font, and work on placement.

The second one is kind of interesting. However, again, the text could be better, and the jagged lines kind of take away from everything.

The two sigs don't flow well at all. You might wanna watch some tut vids to get some ideas.

I think the second one would look better off without the render and the text..

I'd say you should work on BG and blending first before the text on the first one

Yeah, look at some tutorials bro, you'll get better :) From watching tuts, or following tuts you will learn how to use filters a lot better, or use them period. :) I personally like the second one, but the first one lacks a clean cut render. <33
