hmmm render needs to stand out more. its ok i suppose. try reading some of the tuts and u will improve quickly.

like wat SD said the render needs to come out a bit more it is a bit hard to see,

i made those two when i had no internet using the knowlege that i knew of at that time heh but yea i tried to render it in like 1 minute so yea.. it's kinda a stockish pic... lol and Cow We all know Gaara could own Venom in one hit ;P. Plus i used no brushes on that
