Technically this can't be rated because its a feeling not a piece of art, but still very cool i like the 2nd version aswell.
as far as the actual image: I'd like it better if it felt less... edge-sharpenned. It looks like it was merely run through a photoshop filter. Vector certain parts of it so it's softer, if I may suggest.
Could use some work all over but nice try.
