pretty cool... but i think the vectors in the bg need to be fainter... you really like those colours dont you :P

I agree, and the header text drop shadow should be a solid colour rather than a transparency. It looks good, I wouldn't say it looks very business-like, but that would depend more upon the nature of the business.

hmm l like the vectorness but, hmm not sure, im not a fan put it that way.

I like detail when it comes to templates, even in those which are simplistic, and well this design seems to be too basic with composition and colour, and to me the 'techyness' of it all doesn't go to well with the theme of a buisness. The line to the left of 'Home' seems a little fuzzy, fix that if it's gonna be in use..and yeah the transparency thing behind the txt. But apart from that..I LIKE the txt and the logo to the right..but that's about it really sorry.
