not bad, the bg effects are cool, but ur blending and the combination of colour + b&w needs work. not bad tho.

yeah the stock looks like it has been simply slapped on the background. rather simple ripple effects but i like the simplicity of this. for future improvement i'd suggest not rotating the text and trying to add somesort of depth/lighting. i guess that's kind of hard to do on this with the render how it is.
