Vector Mushroom

Alright. I haven't posted a piece of art here in like, years, so I figured it was high time to. I took an old piece I posted here a few years back and redid it. I took my time and used some things I learned to make a real effort. There are still a couple sketchy spots, but I figured I'd show what I have so far.

Looks great. A few things I can point out:

The under side with those lines, on the 2 sides it should start to curve back to show the perspective a little better.

And those 2 orange lines around the insides of the eyes doesn't suit the rest of the color scheme.


And, maybe try a thicker outline, but looks great thus far.

Needs more highlights and shadow to give it a curvy shaped feel so it doesn't look flat. Pretty decent though.

in my opinion, just some lighting on the gills and stem. i think im gonna get my hands on illustrater and get going on vector the planet trend.
