get new brushes, blend, and for gods sakes, change the second border >.< but good job, your gettin better, gj man!
Get some brushes man. Also learn to blend. Use blending modes. Decrease opacity...use similiar colors. Still need some bascis, but ure getting better :D Keep it up!
