Naruto Siggy

So this is my first sig i ever made with naruto and i dont like it. Tell me what you think

Text is decent.
Smudging would maybe look nice if executed differently... maybe some other blending options? and not on 100%, but 50% or so.
Blenidng render in is crucial.
Add some more ()visible) effects than smudging.
But keep on trying dude^^
