Overall I think these are good. 1st is the best. The coloring is great on it. The text needs work though. I'm not feeling the dark letters.
The spiderman one is good but why not use the spiderman font? IMO it needs some contrast as well. good blending and effects though.
Third one has a serious case of FHS (floating head syndrome). It bothers me quite a bit. The Lighting on it is wrong as well. Should be to the right of her not behind her head and to the left.
4th is okay, the BG doesn't really match the stock/render IMO but not bad.
5th is the worst IMO. teh effects seem really filtered and its kind of empty. I would stay away form the outerglow on the text as well..

They're good, but it seems like the top 2 all have a gray screen over them sort of... without that they would be a lot more colorful. Least that's what I would think. They're good though :)

#1 has good effects + colours, but they all feel like they have a thin layer of grey on top
I like #1 best, but it's very empty.
If you're gonna go with something liket hat than chop the canvas down so you don't have so much empty space to either side.
Text needs work too.
They all seem like the saturation has been dragged down too low. Some nice effects though.
