IMO the bottom needs some work. I'm not feeling the dark brown, It just makes the whole sig look a lot darker. The top right light look alright though i would prefer it closer to the render.

The text looks pretty good really, i didn't notice it for the first minute or so of looking at it.

IMO i think this is just too dark and a bit plain. try adding a c4'd into there, and try adding some clipping masks as well. They will help a lot.
