Its a bit to caothic for me.
1. i think you blended him in to much especially the head.
2. I think you need a bit more depth in there, try to add that and hit us with and update.

He looks kind of oversharpened too, at least in some areas.
Plus, not a fan of the pen tooling on his face and neck.
