I think you've really done a great job choosing colors.
And to me it's a great one because in some way it looks like aged paper and that she's like splashed out on it or something. Very nice with the words in the background aswell. Good one :)

but 1. a black dot thingie on her forehead, IMO it should be removed.
2. a bit too much going on right nxt to her face(her right side).

It's not bad, but IMO you smudged too much.
She's smudged all around so there's really no depth.
