Lmao, grump..I think you missed the point of lorem ipsum...
When you go to Lipsum.com you don't copy the stuff at the bottom, you find the button that says generate and you generate it which will look more like, "Lorem Ipsum dolor sit ament skhf isy8re siud"

IMO the company name heading is a bit...Unproffesional.
Aside from that though everythign seems pretty nice.

I would do the following:
Move the login to the right
Move the company name way left
Make the header menu thing go all the way across - without the rounding, as to not have a look that's too round.
Center the menu, and make it always centered, no matter how wide the page becomes

Oh yeah, and the IB is/was extremely gay. I do hope you mean the masochist program that some call education.
