its nice but IMO the lightning overpowers the sig.
and plus i think u should blendher in a bit like u did on ur other sig. keep itup

lol I feel like i'm just re-itterating what immortal says.

The lightning does really over power the sig. It really draws your eye away form the render.
Try to work on your blending by adding some clipping masks and smudging.

The BG looks pretty good though. Nice job.
