Looks really nice!
The background is awsome! The color are good ^_^ And I really like the tech in it.
The only thing I don't like is the render himself.
If I were you, I changed him...

Well the bg is great. The text is good, just needs to be more readable. Also i feel the render isn't blended enough. It could just be my opinion tho.
